PREMIERE: Freek Fabricius - Zolderraam (Zachtjes Tikt) [SoHaSo x Marguerita]

For its latest release, SoHaSo joins forces with Marguerita Recordings, the label run by fellow Utrecht dweller Cosmic Force, and presents "Lost My Controller," the debut EP by Utrecht's most famous fluo-raver - Freek Fabricius.

Fabricius' initial offering sounds mature and full of character with a touch of vintage electro and IDM, yet with a unique sound of its own. "Zolderraam (Zachtjes Tikt)", the track we have the pleasure of premiering on our channel, is a gentle melancholic voyage textured with a personal touch of sampled rain on Fabricius' attic window. Very reminiscent of the beautiful melodies spun by Aphex Twin, an artist Fabricius is much inspired by.

"Lost My Controller" is being released out into the world on September 18th.
