PREMIERE: Halos - Code 2 [Cellar Door Records]

Today, we bring you a premiere from Valencia-based Halos. The producer blessed us with more atmospheric beauty on this new EP, Sacred Code, after releasing an entire album full of dubby goodness last year. The release comes on the UK-based Cellar Door imprint, which has consistently been pushing hypnotic sounds whether they be ambient, downtempo or stripped down techno.
The second track on the EP, Code 2, comes in the form of a percussive dub techno heater. Its hazy pads, sharp high hats, and pulsating synthwork all work in conjunction to guarantee that this 7 minute piece will crack the code to every dance floor it’s played on.
Code 2, along with the three other Codes, will be released on Cellar Door as part of the Sacred Code EP on May 29, 2022.
