Wrecked Lightship
Diminished Ark
Peak Oil

UK electronic duo, Wrecked Lightship, crash land on Peak Oil with their debut album, "Antiposition." They've christened this six-track exploration as "cyber aquatic alien bass music." Imagine, if you will, the rhythmic pulse of a distant planet set to the soundtrack of a forgotten future.

Osborne and Winchester, the creative minds behind Wrecked Lightship, channel a variety of influences into "Antiposition." Dub, drum & bass, and synthetic tribalism intertwine, forming the foundation for their innovative soundscapes. Their fascination with "destabilized rhythm" and "retro-futurist dreaming" manifests in tracks like "Hex," a wobbly ascent through the cosmos, and "Bizarre Servants," a cavernous industrial dub odyssey.

"Antiposition" isn't about deconstructing existing genres; it's about forging something entirely new. Wrecked Lightship takes the sonic debris of various musical influences and molds them into a cohesive whole, held together by the gravitational pull of their unique vision.

Daniel[i]
Red Wind
Muzan Editions

Daniel[i]'s latest album, "In Flux," connects the artist's introspective side with influences drawn from the pioneering sounds of GAS, resulting in an atmospheric, ambient techno journey that feels both contemplative and danceable.

DB1
B-Sides
Nullpunkt

DB1, the London-based producer, teams up with Felix K's Nullpunkt records and delivers a tempestuous whirlwind in the form of his latest EP, "B-Sides." The preconception about this EP was palpable as we have a soft spot for B sides in general here at Delayed. This four-track offering shakes the foundations of conventional D'n'B and electronica, delivering a sonic storm that sweeps listeners into its vortex.

Dubbed B1, B2, B3, and B5, each track boasts its distinct gust of energy, yet all remain firmly rooted in the rich soil of UK bass. "B-Sides" explores dubby depths and meticulous craftsmanship, where every sonic nuance serves as a guiding star through the tumultuous landscape.

Among the cyclone of tracks, B3 stands tall as a towering force of nature. From its spiraling ascent reminiscent of wind whipping through open plains to its thunderous descent punctuated by haunting dub vocals and broken beats, B3 descends upon the listener like a tornado touching down in a tranquil town, leaving them swaying in its wake.

In "B-Sides," DB1 defies expectations and unleashes an aural maelstrom, proving that sometimes, the true power lies hidden within the overlooked treasures of the B-side.

Adhémar
Hidden Forest Lake
Huinali Recordings
