Jennifer Cardini + Axel Boman DGTL podcast 45

Perfect start of your day or night out is sorted out. This magnificent 3+hrs mix by Jennifer Cardini and Axel Boman was recorded live during their b2b set in infamous Parisian night club REX and it’s being used as a promo material ahead of their b2b set at DGTL festival in Amsterdam later in April. Truly mesmerizing set that slowly develops and goes places is all you need to hear to prepare yourself for the day ahead.

The Drifter - Christalization #185

Kristijan Molnar continues with inviting incredibly talented guests to his Christalization Radio Show. After names like Sevensol, Lehar, Jens Uwe Beyer and legendary Isoleé, it’s our man’s and favorite DJ’s turn – The Drifter. One of the founders of Maeve label always keeps things fresh and different. Ahead of the very first Maeve rave that happened in Belgrade in February, The Drifter visited Kristijan’s show and delivered this more ‘radio friendly’ mix, which is absolute beauty filled with downtempo tunes. At the end of the mix you can enjoy a short interview with the Drifter where he talks about some upcoming stuff that we can expect from him.

SBTH - Lossless Promo Mix

Fantastic duo hailing from Germany, SBTH (Matthias Schober and Thomas Herb), which runs one of our favorite labels Lossless made new promo mix and we absolutely love it. We are proud to bring Matthias and Thomas for their US debut on April 29th when they will play alongside Aera as a part of Lossless label showcase. Matthias and Thomas are veterans in electronic music and their broad music knowledge gives a special touch to all mixes that they make. This mix is deep, groovy, percussive and a bit of dark packed in recognizable Lossless style with tracks from The Drifter, Talaboman, Henrik Schwarz, Neil Flynn and Matthias Schober among others. April 29th can’t come any sooner. Get ready for the incredible journey! 

Marvin & Guy - RBMA Radio Train Wreck Mix

Italian duo Marvin & Guy is arguably one of the hottest acts at this moment in the electronic music world. Groovy techno filled with influences from 80’s synth pop became their signature style and grooves dance floors around the world. For this occasion, Marvin & Guy take over Red Bull Music Academy Radio and deliver the mix which has their recognizable touch all over it. 

Dwig - Live at Village Underground, London

Ludwig Völker or Dwig for short is yet another fantastic artist from Giegling palette which never fails to disappoint us. For last couple of months, we were fortunate to have mixes from Giegling artists on a regular basis and that trend continues with this phenomenal mix by Dwig recorded live at Village Underground as a part of first ever Giegling world tour. Deep, sensual and atmospheric this mix will strike you straight into your heart and it’ll be on repeat for some time. ome time. 

Aera - Rinse FM mix for Slowciety

One of the artist that we included as the artist to keep an eye on in 2017, and artist that we proudly bring later in April for his US debut, Aera made yet another magnificent mix. So far Aera released fantastic tracks on some of the most respected labels like Maeve, Hivern Discs, Innervisions, Cocoon and others and his DJ sets are infamous to be melodic, deep and unique. This beautiful mix that is exclusive for Paris-based label Slowciety features artist like cmd q, Nuno Dos Santos, LOR, Roman Flugel and others. Benjamin Frohlich - NVWLS guest mix 28

Permanent Vacation label honcho, Benjamin Frohlich is back on our list with a live recording from his set in London’s Corsica Studios. This is ‘just’ 3 hrs extract from Benjamin’s marathon set. Be ready to enjoy some of the Permanent Vacation exclusives, forthcoming releases and classics all packed beautifully as an eclectic voyage through genres in electronic music.

Cleveland - LYO 087

Andrea Mancini, better known as Cleveland was on our list of artists to keep an eye on in 2017, and it’s for a reason. His marvelous productions always brighten ups our day. Every time there’s something new coming out from his lab, we impatiently waiting to hear it. For this month we can enjoy this lovely podcast that Cleveland made for Parisian crew Les Yeux Orange. Such a nice laid back episode that will go perfectly with the upcoming sunny weather. Press play and relax.

WhoMadeWho - Worldwide episode 003

We got used to hearing phenomenal Danish band WhoMadeWho performing live. This time WhoMadeWho prepared a special mix of their remixes and collaborations with their favorite artists like DJ Tennis and Michael Mayer among others as a part of their WhoMadeWho worldwide series. Between the tracks, you can hear some interesting trivia about the how and when collaborations with different artists happen. Very interesting listening. 

Masaya - DHA mix #269

In a light of the release of her mesmerizing new LP on Chapter 24, Lausanne underground star Masaya delivered this astonishing mix for our friends Deep House Amsterdam. Very well paced music tale with tracks by legends like John Tejada and Patrice Scott as well as Swiss maestro Ripperton. Get ready to hear more from this super talented artist in the future!

Denis Horvat - EG podcast 662

Denis Horvat strikes again! His outstanding new EP on Exit Strategy is about to hit the shelves worldwide this week. Until then you can enjoy this mighty mix by Denis which features some of his unreleased work as well as the tracks by The Drifter, Talaboman, Frankey & Sandrino and others. 

Thugfucker - SXM Festival Promo Mix

Ahead of their comeback to SXM festival on St.Martin earlier in March, NY duo Thugfucker published a recording of their last year’s set on this beautiful Caribbean Island as a part of the festival promo. Almost 3hrs set of magnificent tunes, blending new and old favorites, this mix has a very nice flow and we are sure it sounded even more magical on the island surrounded by friends. 

LOR - UTA podcast

FictionLab's usual suspect, LOR has been busy lately, with regularly releasing mixes in the last couple of months, he released two fantastic remixes of Larry Heard’s classics last week and one of our founders Irina Kotik wrote beautiful write up about it and featured it in FicitonLab. This mix is exclusive for Underground Tel Aviv and features some of our favorites like Talaboman, Sebastian Mullaert, Isolee, Roman Flugel just to name few

Khen - The Sound Of Connaisseur Radioshow 060

One of the rising stars in the progressive house scene, Tel Aviv based artist, Khen have been on our radar for some time already. His melodic and groovy productions found its way to playlists of some of the biggest names on the scene like Dixon, Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo, Solomun just to name few. Khen just released fantastic remix package on Lost & Found which features name like Patrice Baumel, Guy J and Lehar among others. In the light of that release super talented artist from Israel did this exclusive mix for The Sound Of Connaisseur radio show hosted by Musumeci, Lehar and Olderic. It’s progressive house in it’s best. Very melodic, positive vibe mix that is easy listening, especially in this upcoming nice weather.

Douglas Greed - Boiler Room Berlin

A multi talented producer from Germany, Douglas Greed has been around for more than 10 years and has multiple releases on labels such as Freude Am Tanzen, BPitch Control, Noir, Ostwind, Kindish and others. Douglas recently performed live on Boiler Room Berlin, and he delivered this hypnotic melodic set spiced with haunting vocals. Very enjoyable set that will keep your attention for the whole length of it.  

Vessels - Atomnation Podcast 005

Work by Leeds’ leftfield band Vessels is often remixed by some of our favorite producers like Ripperton, Rival Consoles, Hunter/Game and also band itself does some pretty impressive work with remixing other artists like Abstraxion, Max Cooper and Polynation. This mix is exclusive for Dutch label Atomnation for which they did a remix of Polynation. It’s and absolutely killer mix that keeps the attention of the listener till the end, with tracks from Dubspeeka, Cubicolor, Modeselektor, Talaboman and others.

Naveen G - Balance Selection 036

Our dear friend, Listed and Cityfox resident, but first and foremost amazing DJ and producer, Naveen G is back with yet another stellar mix. Naveen’s broad music knowledge and ability to fit his sound to a various setting is one his strongest attributes as a DJ. For the infamous Balance series, Naveen takes us for a 2hr ride through dark dystopian style techno voyage. An impressive mix which is best enjoyed loud and with lights off.

Stimming - Playground radioshow 09

Martin Stimming or just Stimming has been one of our favorites from the very beginning of his career. Hamburg-based artists developed a very distinguished style of a deep house over the years and often his live sets are among crowd’s favorites at the parties he plays. Few weeks ago Stimming visited Playground radio show at Studio Brussels and played nothing less than fantastic live set perfectly fitted to home listening. 

Taron-Trekka - Fatpod 044

German duo consisting of Daniel Muller-Sachs and Andreas Kriester better known as Taron-Trekka have been releasing fabulous music on infamous label Freude Am  Tanzen, which is home to artists like Robag Wruhme, Matthias Kaden, Douglas Greed,  for years. Their approach to producing groovy house and techno results into very unique and trippy style that’s been rocking dance floors all over Europe for years. This mix is exclusive podcast for Freude Am Tanzen Label. Groovy house mix that doesn’t lack rhythm in any moment spiced up with some live instruments and trippy sounds will definitely put you in a nice mood for today.
